The questionnaire period has ended

The first part of this study is a short, anonymous, online questionnaire conducted through Microsoft Forms. The questionnaire is expected to take approximately 20 minutes. When you have finished you will be directed to a secondary form where you can enter your email to be included in a draw to win a £50 Amazon Voucher.

Microsoft Forms is compatible with screen readers, various high-contrast colour modes and keyboard navigation, as well as built-in assistive technology like head mice or switches.

The questionnaire is broken up into 6 sections:

Icon of a electronic device with tick boxes
  1. Demographics
  2. Health
  3. Access
  4. Usage
  5. Satisfaction
  6. Follow-up

Before starting the questionnaire, you will be asked to provide consent through a series of tick-boxes. This includes ensuring they fall under the necessary inclusion criteria.

At no point in this questionnaire will we ask for any identifying information. The purpose of these questions is to gain better insight into the lived experience of users of smartphone assistive technology, to then provide recommendations or improvements as necessary.

The answers to the questionnaire will not be linked to this email submission in any way, and your email will only be used for the purposes of the prize draw.
